TERMS & CONDITIONS
full or 50% upfront payment. the rest of the payment must be sent before the piece is finished.
You must shoulder all the transaction fees.
No refunds once the sketch is finalized / approved.
Commission duration ranges from 5 days up to 3 months (depending on the complexity and also my workload). Any deadline sooner than a month will have a rush fee.
You can track the progress and give feedback. I will keep you posted on updates regarding your commission!
Finished pieces and WIP previews may be posted on my social media. Let me know if you want to keep your commission private.
All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, resale, NFT minting, or using the artwork in AI/machine learning training datasets is strictly NOT allowed.
I reserve the right to turn down a commission that contains offensive materials, or is beyond my ability to produce.
You may share the artwork to the internet. Credits are pretty much appreciated!
The artwork is only for personal use. for commercial uses please reach out to me!
The pricing sheet is not fixed and may update in the future.
TIMELINE
Step 1: Submission - you may send your inquiries thru my social links (IG / Discord / X / etc.) or email.
Step 2: Discussion - we discuss any details about the commission including reference materials I might need.
Step 3: Upfront payment - 50% upfront payment first before the sketch phase. Payment channels accepted: Paypal, Wise, etc.
Step 4: Sketch - open for major feedback changes until approved. No refunds after this phase.
Step 5: Rendering - finish the rest of the artwork. open for minor feedback changes.
Step 6: Final review - artwork is almost finished. proceed to send the rest of the payment. open for minor feedback changes.
Step 7: Completion - artwork is completed and is sent thru Google Drive link!
